Carriage House Apartments, located in Tigard, OR, reached out to Currin Construction for help with their unit remodels. The apartments were in need of updates to bring them up to modern standards. Old carpets were removed and replaced with durable LBP vinyl flooring. Outdated laminate countertops in the kitchens were upgraded to stylish quartz, and the cabinet drawer fronts and doors were replaced with new ones, complete with modern handles. Other upgrades included new light fixtures, interior doors with updated knobs, toilets, faucets, window blinds, and light switches. To finish, every unit received a fresh coat of paint.
